What happens if you (or I) need to cancel, reschedule or no show?

PLEASE double check your appointment times and days are correct in your confirmation text.

I know misunderstandings can happen and that sometimes life events happen beyond our control. 
If you cannot make your appointment please allow 24 hours. This ensures I can have enough time to fill the spot. (Sandy has been on the waitlist for months and would love your spot if for some reason you can't make it)

*If you fail to give 24 hours notice before cancelling, a fee of 20% of the services booked will be due before booking your next appointment.

​

*If you NO SHOW, 50% of the services booked will be due before booking your next appointment. ( this applies to me as well! )

​

*If I fail to give you 24 hours notice of cancelling your appointment l will remove 20% from your next service total)

PLEASE NOTE 

If you no show or cancel the day of your appointment more than 1 time, I will be unable to approve your appointment online. You may reach out during business hours to schedule any future appointments.

When I go to book an appointment, it does not show anything. Am I doing something wrong?

 My booking opens on the 1st of every month for the next month. July 1st opens for August. August 1st opens, Sept and so on. If you are not seeing a time open, those spots are probably booked.

My waitlist is always open, but that does not guarantee an appointment. 

​

If you need to book an appointment for a special event outside of the 8 weeks available online, you can fill out my waitlist and request an appointment for a specific date and I will check to see if it is available.

 I strive to offer my guess the highest level of guest satisfaction with their new cut or color. I understand it may take some time to adjust to your new color or cut. I am always happy to adjust anything you need. 

​

BELOW IS MY REDO AND NEW APPOINTMENT POLICY. 

​

If you are having challenges with your cut and or color  that we discussed in your initial consultation, let me know within seven days of your visit and I’m happy to adjust any issues with no additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE*

If the changes are outside of what we talked about in your initial consultation, the new adjustments will be considered a "new appointment" at regular session prices.

Why don't you have any Haircut only options?

As my business has grown over the years, I am currently focusing on my specialty and advancing my knowledge in hair color

​

All haircuts, must be paired with either a treatment or hair color
